We do our utmost best to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you order before 16:00 hrs. on business days, we will ship the same day and you will receive your parcel almost certain (>98%) the next day (also on Saturdays) in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders placed after 16:00 hours, in weekends and on holidays you will have to wait one or two days longer. These parcels are sent the next business day. Shipments to other countries in Europe will also take a few days longer. On the day of shipment you will receive a confirmation from DHL that your order has been shipped with the track and trace code of your parcel.
Finally, Geneses Medical reserves the right to amend its policies at any time and by using this website, you agree to be bound by any and all such amendments.
Terms and conditions Special Offer – All orders above €100,-
- This Special Offer only applies to orders made by consumers in the period of Thursday 31 December 2020 until Sunday 31 January 2021.
- The Special Offer applies to all separate orders above €100,-.
- The free face masks cannot be exchanged for money or a discount on other products. The face masks will be directly sent with the initial order.
- The face masks may be returned, but will not be compensated by any other product or money return.
- Customers themselves are responsible for correctly filling in the requested client data.
- By participating with this special offer, customers declare to agree to the terms and conditions of the offer.
- The depicted products will be dispatched while stock lasts. In case specific products are no longer available, then Geneses Medical has the right to replace the article by a similar one of similar value.
- Products will be shipped under manufacturer’s warranty; claims regarding defects will need to be addressed directly to manufacturer. Geneses Medical wavers any responsibility in this matter.
- Geneses Medical reserves the right to stop the special offer or amend the conditions without prior notice to the customer and without the obligation of monetary or other compensation.

General conditions for returns
At Geneses Medical we are committed to nothing short of excellence before, during, and after you receive your merchandise from our store. However, we realize that you may occasionally find it necessary to return or exchange an item.
If you would like to return a product, please send us a message through the Contact form, which you will find under Customer Service (“Contact”).
- This page covers only items that the customer wants to return of his own volition.
- There could be specific terms and conditions for return depending on the specific product ordered which are indicated on the relevant product web page.
Here below you will find our conditions for return. Most items that we sell may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and restocking fees (where applicable), provided you follow the instructions listed below.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original unopened packaging
- The item must be clean (no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, etc.)
- The item cannot be one of the “non-eligible returns” listed below.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to governmental health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept the following items for return:
- Opened packages or anything that cannot be resold as New
- Other items specifically marked as “non-returnable” in the item’s website description
In addition, we cannot accept:
- Return requests more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has been modified or used
- Damaged and defective items
- Any item not in its original packaging
- Special orders
- Custom quoted bulk orders
Charges and Fees
If all conditions are met, we will be able to provide you with a FULL REFUND, minus shipping fees, and, on some items, restocking fees. These fees vary depending on the product.
All Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that received “Free shipping” or if the item was advertised as “Free shipping”, our actual outbound shipping cost of the item will be withheld from your refund amount.
Unless the item is being returned due to our error, manufacturer defects, or damage during shipping (in which case we will send you a prepaid shipping label), return shipping costs of sending the item back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
Most of our items are exempt from restocking fees. However, some items have a 25% restocking fee, and we have to deduct it from your refund.
